Ruth Etches, Founder
After transforming her own health by working with a functional medicine practitioner, Ruth retrained as a nutritional therapist and set up her own practice. When her son was diagnosed with ADHD and Autism, she was able to improve his mental wellbeing using nutritional therapy and functional medicine. This has inspired her to help others who need to support their brain health, or that of their children.
Ruth qualified with a distinction in Nutritional Therapy from the world-renowned College of Naturopathic Medicine and has undertaken a wide range of advanced training you can read about here.
Her mission is to keep up-to-date with the latest developments in brain health so she can pass on this knowledge to her clients. Ruth loves the ‘detective work’ needed to get to the bottom of symptoms so she can offer the most targeted solutions.
In a previous life, Ruth worked as a commercial surveyor and holds a degree in Law from the University of Sussex. She lives with her husband, two boys and Labrador in Cornwall.

Alissa has been working as a clinical nutritional therapist since qualifying with a distinction from the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) and has experience working with a variety of complex health conditions. Alissa specialises in chronic complex health conditions and autoimmunity.
Alissa is also a certified Buteyko breathwork instructor and uses breathwork as a complementary tool for helping people with mental health issues, respiratory conditions, and fatigue. She is a published author of a children’s mindful breathing book, and a Qigong instructor.

Kate Rohde, Health Coach
Kate’s Health Journey began unknowingly during her childhood with high levels of anxiety which continued during her career in the Fashion Industry of over 20 years. Underlying stress, grief, overwhelm & burnout were just some of the causes that led her to experience various symptoms. Gut issues, food allergies, rashes, migraines, brain fog, IBS, panic attacks and miscarriages were amongst them. Kate had various tests & scans but no allopathic practitioner could get to the root cause so she took things into her own hands and started seeing both a coach and a nutritionist and that is when her healing journey began.
From her personal experiences and the true desire to help others regain their health and vitality too Kate studied on the NHS accredited Health Coaching Diploma at the College Of Naturopathic Medicine in London. She continues to study all things health & wellbeing in the background to ensure clients get the most up to date guidance.
Kate believes we are all capable of exuding good health, and her goal is to motivate, guide and empower you on your unique health journey, whilst supporting and helping you maintain long-term consistent habits which lead to a more fulfilling, calmer and healthier life. She really is your biggest cheerleader!
If she’s not at home with her husband, two girls and dog in Hertfordshire, you’ll find Kate in a bookstore, health food shop or bouncing on her rebounder!
