Your health journey begins when you book a free 20 minute discovery call with one of our practitioners. We will then send you a brief form to complete in advance of our chat so that we can make best use of our time.
During your free 20-minute discovery call, we will discuss you or your child’s symptoms, challenges and goals. We will outline how we can help and recommend a programme best tailored to your needs. This call is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions and is a good way to ensure we are the right fit for each other.
We offer 3-month and 6-month programmes which enable us to dig deep into your health history and existing conditions along with your current diet and lifestyle.
No stone is left unturned in taking a thorough case history and interpreting lab tests to find the root cause of your condition so we can address it properly using diet, nutrition & lifestyle.
Following your initial appointment you will receive a comprehensive diet and lifestyle plan with supplement recommendations.
We are all passionate about the healing power of food and always take a ‘food first’ approach. We recognise that change is not always easy and your plan will include suggestions as to how you can implement any dietary changes with supporting recipes and meal ideas.
